Thank you for considering a donation!

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Join us at IFM in making a meaningful impact this holiday season! Each year, we serve 10,000-13,000 individuals, and last year, we provided Thanksgiving and Christmas food to 8,000 Nevada County residents. This year, we anticipate even greater need.

As the holidays approach, our goal is to provide each client family with special ingredients for a holiday meal!

Every donation has an impact!

IFM’s strong buying power and incredible volunteers, multiplies its impact even more! Your support during this time will play a crucial role in helping us address food insecurity in our community, providing vital support to individuals and families in need.

Over the past few years, we have witnessed a significant increase in the number of families seeking assistance from IFM. In 2023, we witnessed over 97,000 visits to IFM from our neighbors in need, signifying a 6% increase compared to 2022 and a whopping 61% increase compared to 2021!

The rising demand underscores the ongoing challenges many in our community face, and we are committed to meeting this need to the best of our ability.

How You Can Help:

  • Donate: Your financial contributions enable us to purchase essential food items and sustain our programs. Consider donating today to support our mission. You can donate by mail to 440 Henderson St. Grass Valley, CA 95945, online at interfaithfoodminstry.org or in person! We would love to see you! Please make a notation on your check for “March Matching”.
  • Volunteer: Join our dedicated team of volunteers and make a direct impact in the lives of those we serve. From sorting donations to assisting clients, there are various ways to get involved. We specifically need driver volunteers willing to pick up food from grocery stores and deliver to IFM. We especially need drivers in Penn Valley and South Nevada County. See driver flyer for more information.
  • Spread the Word: Help us reach more people in need by spreading awareness about our services and initiatives. Follow us on social media, share our posts, and encourage others to join our cause.

As we embark on another month of service and solidarity, we're reminded of the power of community and the transformative impact of compassion. Thank you for your continued support and generosity.

With gratitude,

IFM Staff and Board of Directors
